This
is a service provided free of charge to CMSC Members, CMSC
Club members and their memberships, CMSC Associates and
their employees. Any person who is not part of CMSC may
not place an ad or offer item(s) for sale or auction on
the CMSC SKI SWAP. Although anyone may offer to purchase
any item listed here. The CMSC has no interest in all transactions
executed at the CMSC SKI SWAP. The SKI SWAP is strictly
a service offerred free of charge to all CMSC members.
The
CMSC does not warrant, does not have an opinion about and
does not guarentee any product offerred at this SKI SWAP.
All items listed here must be considered as is. r CMSCdoes
not know anything about the items listed or the persons
buying / selling, the value of any item, the value of any
form of payment tendored. All transactions and/or disputes
will be between the Seller and the Buyer only. Under no
circumstances will the CMSC, the CMSC Officers, or the CMSC
Webmaster be brought into a dispute or be liable for any
sale or purchase. Buyer Beware and seller beware.
Rules
and Guidelines
You
must be a CMSC Member, a member of a CMSC Member Club, a
CMSC Associate member or an employee of a CMSC Associate
Member to place an ad on this SKI SWAP. Anyone not fullfilling
the above requirement will have their ad deleted. If you
wish to become a member go to our
Membership page.
We
at CMSC have no completely reliable knowledge of who you
are or who your buyer is so use common sense when letting
someone into your home to purchase or pickup the item you
have for sale. As well as taking a check for an item you
sell. It is Seller beware here at the SKI SWAP.
All
disputes must be handled between the Seller and the Buyer.
CMSC will have no opinion and no liability in any dispute
between a buyer and seller for any transaction initiated
through this SKI SWAP.
After
you have made a sale please return to this site and remove
the item you have sold. This will stop further inquires
about the item you had for sale. To remove an item you must
have your password or you will not be allowed to remove
the item and it will remain on the SKI SWAP for the balance
of the 30 days allowed for each item.
