Sitzmark Ski Club
Sitzmark Ski Club (Chicago) is a medium sized club that was established in 1946. Most of our members live in Lake Co., with a few in Cook Co. and also SE Wisconsin. We attract a wide range of ages, from late 20's to some over 70 (and 1 over 80 who is still going strong!). Snowboarders and nordic skiers are more than welcome in our club and we encourage variety in all our winter activites.
We offer year-round fun with something for everyone. Some of our many events include: monthly barhops, hiking, camping, canoeing, snowshoeing, Ravinia, festivals, beer & wine tours, horseback riding, tubing, bowling, Pig Roast and many parties. Come to any of our meetings to find out what we have planned for this coming 2010-2011 season.
