          Lutsen Mountains

        L                                                     gondola. Guests can expect 9.5 feet of annual snowfall and
           Lutsen Mountains is a ski resort in the Sawtooth
           Mountains on the north shore of Lake Superior in Lutsen,
                                                              an average winter temperature of 24°.
           Minnesota. The ski season this year starts Nov. 19 and

           will continue through mid-April. Guests can enjoy skiing
           down 92 runs on four mountains plus Nordic skiing,
                                                              skiable acres. All skill levels will enjoy one of Eagle
           dog sledding, sleigh rides and snowshoeing.        Eagle Mountain has a vertical rise of 650 feet and 84
                                                                             Mountain’s 25 runs (21 primary and
                                                                             four backcountry). The north side of
                                                                             the mountain has steep mogul runs for
                                                                             advanced skiers while the south side
                                                                             offers lake views and longer winding
                                                                             slopes perfect for beginners.

                                                                             Moose Mountain’s 210 skiable acres are
                                                                             challenging. The 986-foot-tall mountain,
                                                                             825 feet of which is lift-serviced, has 26
                                                                             primary and 18 backcountry runs. Guests
                                                                             can ski mile-long runs, Grizzly, a three-
                                                                             quarters of a mile mogul run and back-
                                                                             country runs through cedar and maple
                                                                             glades.

                                                                             Mystery Mountain is the place for
                                                                             beginner and intermediate skiers to
                                                                             develop their skills. The mountain has
                                                                             a vertical rise of 850 feet and 71 ski-
                                                                             able acres with Lutsen’s longest trails.
                                                                             There are seven primary and three
                                                                             backcountry runs.

                                                                             Ullr Mountain is the home of Lutsen’s
                                                                             Ski Learning Park. The mountain’s 25
                                                                             skiable acres are designated as a slow
